Data Controller & Scope

At Khora Design Lab ("Khora", the "Company"), we share your concern for the security of personal data. This Privacy Policy governs how data is collected, used and protected across our website (khora.tr), our products including DESIA, DIMENS, INTRA and URBION and our design and consulting services. By using our website, products or services, you accept that your data will be processed as described in this policy.

Camera, Sensor & Scan Data

Several of our products use your device's camera and depth/LiDAR sensors to scan physical spaces and generate measurements.

Data processing: Depth and sensor data obtained from device APIs (such as Apple's TrueDepth and LiDAR) is used only for real-time measurement and 3D model generation.

Storage & sharing: Wherever technically possible, this raw sensor data is processed on your device; it is never sent to Khora's servers and never shared with third parties. After processing, results are stored as a floor plan or 3D model, or deleted, under your control.

Analytics & Usage Data

We may collect anonymous, non-identifying usage data to improve performance and detect issues across our website and products. This may include:

• Crash and error logs,
• Frequency of features used,
• Device model and operating-system version.

Website & product analytics: We use analytics tools such as PostHog and our own Supabase infrastructure to collect page views, clicks, form interactions and in-product usage. These tools use cookies and similar technologies; you can update your preference at any time via the consent screen shown on first visit.

This data is processed under our legitimate interest in product development.

Data Breach & Security Limits

We take reasonable commercial measures (encryption, access restriction and similar) to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Beyond its legal obligations, the Company assumes no responsibility for unauthorised access, theft or destruction of data. Securing your own device (passcode, Face ID and similar) remains your responsibility.
