Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Khora Design Lab (the "Company", "we") regarding your use of our website, products including DESIA, DIMENS, INTRA and URBION and related services. By accessing or using any of them, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.

License & Intellectual Property

Right to use: The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use our products and services.

Ownership: All rights, title and interest in our products and services (including software, design, code, algorithms and trademarks) belong exclusively to Khora Design Lab.

Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Decompiling, reverse-engineering or copying our source code.
• Using our products or services to develop a competing offering.
• Bypassing or manipulating our security measures.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Khora Design Lab, its officers, employees and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses or debts (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khora Design Lab shall in no event be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or service interruption. The Company's total liability to you, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the relevant product or service in the preceding six months.

Pricing & Future Plans

Some products are currently offered free of charge with their core features. Paid plans or subscriptions may be introduced in the future for advanced capabilities. Where a product is distributed through a third-party app store, payments, refunds and cancellations are also subject to that store's standard terms. Any change to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated in advance.

Service Nature & Disclaimer ("AS-IS")

No accuracy guarantee or warranty. Our products and all outputs they generate (measurements, floor plans, 3D models, analyses, recommendations and similar) are provided "as is" and "as available". Khora Design Lab gives no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of these outputs.

Khora Design Lab is in no way liable for the following where they arise from decisions made in reliance on outputs obtained through our products:

• Errors in construction, renovation, engineering or architectural projects,
• Material waste or incorrect orders,
• Financial loss, or material damage, injury or harm caused to third parties.

In professional use, independently verifying critical outputs with calibrated instruments (tape measure, laser meter and similar) and qualified professional judgement remains the user's responsibility.
